As our client, you will work with one of our producers as your point-person for most communications about your account. You will benefit from the fact that we work with contacts in other time zones and are therefore often available beyond the restriction of normal business hours.

We primarily use Skype with our production companies around the world.

Skype is our preferred instant messaging (IM) tool although we also use MSN Messenger and iChat with some contacts. IM is the most common way for us to 'speak' to production companies - we have repeatedly found there is a distinct value in being able to save and refer to previous communications.

With Skype one can send messages even when the recipient is offline and they will be delivered on the next log in. Skype is also useful for making free or inexpensive international phone / video calls.

Most source materials and smaller submissions for review are uploaded via File Transfer Protocol (FTP) where you can download.
